1. Shopify App Refunds

Refunds for app charges are handled directly through Shopify. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us first with the necessary details and we will submit a request to Shopify on your behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • In most cases, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
  • Annual plans may be refundable if canceled within 7 days of purchase, depending on the situation.
